Modeling the Expansion of the Universe

I have been working on a model of the universe that uses S-1 geometry (a circle) to describe the space-time aspects of our observable universe. By the end of 2015 I completed a paper describing the model in detail titled:
Modeling space-time and null geodesics with
co-moving S-1 coordinates

The model gives visual insight into light cones, the cosmological horizon, Hubble sphere, redshift, time dilation, and the evolution of proper distance.

My goal at first was to present a visual diagram of the universe that culd be displayed on a single page. A version of that diagram is shown in the upper right.

The geodesics associated with the observable universe are shown in diagram in lower right. These are unique geodesics for a universe expanding at a constant rate.
